No longer doing official shows on montcoradio.com, but frequent the soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/thisisjoshuakellem as unofficial shows will pop up periodically over the summer up until the fall when FF Talk will find its new home. Anyway, we did our third mock draft of 2016, and first post NFL Draft one so we are including rookies. This was recorded May 16th. Also, follow us on soundcloud: FFTalk. Audio: https://soundcloud.com/thisisjoshuakellem/ff-fantasy-football-talk-short-3rd-mock-draft-of-2016-including-rookies First mock we went RB first three rounds (picked 7th), second mock we went RB, WR first two rounds (picked 12th), now we went WR first three rounds. Mock draft results: 12 team standard (Picked 1st). 16 rounds. QB: Phillip Rivers RB: Jay Ajayi RB: Matt Jones WR: Antonio Brown WR: Demaryius Thomas TE: Zach Miller Flex: T.Y. Hilton Defense: Bengals Kicker: Stephen Gostkowski Bench: Frank Gore, Ameer Abdullah, Markus Wheaton, Javorius Allen, Jordan Howard, James Starks, James White. Final Draft Board: http://draftwizard.fantasypros.com/nfl/mock-draft/Cwd2/a Round 1: Antonio Brown - After the first two mocks, I noticed a lot of "RB depth" so to speak where in rounds 4,5,6,7 there are starting RB's available. And, to be honest, after the top 3 "franchise RB's", it's a crap shoot anyway so why not take the sure thing elite WR at the top? Well, I did. Round 2: Demaryius Thomas - Was hoping Mark Ingram would fall to me, but he went a few spots ahead so I wanted to see how a WR WR first two rounds team would look. Round 3: T.Y. Hilton - Picked first so I had the swing picks here. Remember, after the top three RB's it's a crap shoot. 4-12 are a little more assuring than 13-the rest when the bottom really falls out, so, like I said, really wanted Mark Ingram, but he went a few picks before so at this point why not see what WR WR WR first three rounds team would look? Round 4: Jay Ajayi - All my WR's and flex spots are filled so it makes no sense to keep loading up on WR's just to sit on my bench. Also, you never want to draft someone with the intent to trade. Newton, Rodgers, and Luck all went after my T.Y. Hilton pick so it's time to stockpile RB's. Round 5: Matt Jones - Back to back picks here so I'm just taking the RB's with the most upside. Round 6: Ameer Abdullah - 6 more QB's go off the board so I'm definitely waiting til later for now. Also, always been a firm believer of drafting Gronk or waiting so the next couple of rounds I'm just stockpiling RB's. Round 7: Frank Gore - I now have 4 RB's expected to start after going WR first three rounds. It's not 2006 anymore, RB's are being pushed down in favor of WR's because 1) It's a passing league 2) There aren't many three down backs anymore. I'll take these 4 RB's on my team if I have Antonio Brown, DT, and T.Y. Hilton. Round 8: Javorius Allen - I've got some depth at RB now so I'm looking at one more WR to add just for bye weeks because I'm never benching my first three picks. Couple of my sleeper WR's get picked ahead of me so I just stay true to the last few rounds and go RB. Round 9: Jordan Howard - No WR's worth taking so I go another RB on back to back picks. I now have 6. Round 10: Markus Wheaton - This was the steal of the draft for me. Wheaton will be my 4th WR, but I have him ranked 26 in my WR rankings. Bryant is suspended indefinitely. I can easily see 1,000 and 6 for Wheaton this year in the Steelers prolific Offense. Round 11: James Starks - WR is covered. Still waiting on a TE and QB, but while we wait, let's take a now seventh RB. If Eddie Lacy can't keep his weight down, I've got a borderline RB1 here in the eleventh round. Round 12: Zach Miller - The TE's I was keying in on: Eric Ebron, ASJ, Dwayne Allen, and Martellus Bennett all went before my pick. I'm scrambling so, at this point, I just have to take my highest ranked one. My one regret in this draft is waiting too long on a TE. Round 13: Phillip Rivers - At the time of the draft, I had Tony Romo, coming off injury, ranked higher than Rivers, and actually was targeting him, but he went one pick before my two. I actually have Rivers ranked higher now, number 9, compared to Romo, number 11, so I guess it worked out. Important to note, I've ended up with Rivers as my QB in all my leagues, and I don't mind it. Round 14: James White - I know, 8 RB's? But, why not? WR is covered. QB is deep enough to wait on, and unless you get Gronk just wait on a TE. Round 15: Stephen Gostkowski - Gostkowski will earn about 30 points more than the no. 2 kicker, 2 more points per week, so if it's Gostkowski I'd take him second to last round maybe even third to last round if my team is set opposed to the wait until the last round to take a kicker mantra. Round 16: Bengals - I took the Panthers D in all my leagues last year, and played them the whole season so if that happens again I don't mind, but if it doesn't, well, I'll just cut them after week 1, and stream Defenses.

Coming off of 2015, here are my initial thoughts and rankings of where players should, as mentioned on the radio show, today, on montcoradio.com 1-2PM, go in 2016. Also, it might be easier if you simply download the tunein app and search montco radio. *Disclaimer* this was my last official show on the montcoradio.com platform.
