It was all good just a week ago. Well, not really. It may have been good only Chip's first year, and that was because he made the playoffs. Even in his second year, despite having the same record for a second year in a row, many fans were doubting Chip. Fast forward to now, and a 6-9 record, and you can only imagine the kind of hate the Philadelphia fans, some of the worst in the sports, were calling for Chips head. Important to note, ironically, after 3 seasons Chip and Andy Reid, Chips predecessor, had similar records after 3 seasons, 26-21 & 27-21, respectively. In the fans defense, it didn't help Chip that he traded away the team's pro bowl RB and WR in consecutive seasons. Chip's tenure in Philadelphia is no different than Josh Mcdaniel's in Denver back in 2009. The classic it's the system not the players guy. Who knows what Chip will do next, but, for now, let's look at potential candidates to be the Eagles new head coach.
From a fantasy perspective, whoever the coach is needs to get Demarco Murray going again, who was the no. 1 RB in fantasy just a year ago. Also, they need to keep Zach Ertz fantasy relevant week to week which would do wonders especially since he's already playing at the weakest fantasy position, TE. And, more importantly, they need to get the best out of WR Jordan Matthews. Whether that means moving him to the outside and out of the slot remains to be seen, and depending on who the coach is they could make rookie WR Nelson Agholor a viable fantasy option going into his second year, which is when WRs tend to break out. I don't expect Sam Bradford to be the QB next year. If you are playing in your championship in week 17 rankings for the week will be out by Sunday morning. QB
Here's 30 secret sleepers, either on your bench or waiver wire, that you need to start, for week 13 as mentioned on the radio show, Wednesday.
